1.When will my order arrive?

After we send it out, here’s how long it usually takes to arrive:
Most countries: 7-12 business days
Shipping within [Your Country]: 3-5 business days
Please note that these times might be a little different depending on your local mail service. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package on its way to you!

2.When will my pre-order arrive?

Every Mybubu outfit is made just for you after you order, which takes a little time. Your pre-order will be ready and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.
We’ll send you updates as we make your item. Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.
Thank you for your patience—we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

3.Where is my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is with the shipping carrier, you can track its journey using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
While we can’t control shipping delays once it’s on the road, checking the tracking information will give you the most accurate delivery update.

4.My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking can sometimes pause for a few days during transit. If it’s been over 5 business days with no update, please contact us and we’ll investigate it for you.

5.Can l cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately.

If your package has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order. We will issue a refund after deducting any relevant payment processing fees.

If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or return the order at this stage.

6.Will I be charged customs fees for my international order?

When shipping internationally, your country’s customs office may charge import taxes and duties. These fees are not included in your order or shipping cost, and we have no control over them.
If any charges apply, you’ll need to pay them directly to the carrier to receive your package. If unpaid, your package may be held or returned by customs.

7.Are the products you sell authentic?

We never sell replicas or unofficial merchandise.

Mububu is an independent brand, not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party IP holders such as Pop Mart or Pokemon. Our handmade outfits are original fan-made creations, crafted for personal enjoyment and doll styling.

8.What if my package is returned to you?

If your package is returned to us (e.g., due to a wrong address, missed delivery, or customs issues), we’ll notify you as soon as we receive it.

You can then choose to have it re-shipped (you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost), or receive a refund for your order minus the original shipping fee.

9.Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, but only if we haven’t shipped your order yet.

Before it ships: Contact us immediately with your order number and correct address, and we’ll update it.

After it ships: We can no longer change the address, but we can provide tracking and advise you on what to do next.

10.Is this a gift? Need it by a specific date?

We completely understand—special occasions need perfect timing! While we process every order quickly, final delivery dates depend on destination and service speed, so we can’t guarantee a specific arrival day.
